Do you pull permits for commercial patio covers?

Yes. Commercial work is built to engineered, permit-ready plans and we handle city submittal and inspection coordination as part of the job.

Can you build while our business stays open?

Almost always. We phase commercial installs around service hours, tenants and customers — most restaurant and retail projects never close the business.

What areas do you serve for commercial work?

We are based in Oak Hills and work throughout the Inland Empire, San Bernardino County and Riverside County, and travel further for multi-site commercial clients.

Are you licensed and insured for commercial projects?

Yes — CSLB license #996932, bonded, with active workers' compensation coverage. Documentation is available on request for GC and property-manager prequalification.
