Alex runs the work himself. There is no account manager between you and the person responsible for the build, and no crew you have never met turning up unannounced.
A&A Patio Covers is a family-owned business built around one person’s trade. Alex Berumen — Alejandro — has been building patio covers for over 25 years, and still works directly with the people who hire him, from the first measurement to the final walkthrough.
That is unusual at this scale. A&A works on restaurant terraces and chain storefront canopies, and the same week puts a lattice cover over somebody’s back slab in Hesperia. The jobs are different sizes. They get the same detailing.
We work as an Authorized National Dealer for Alumawood, Equinox and Knotwood, which means the systems we install are specified and warrantied properly rather than approximated. And everything gets built to plans that can survive an inspector — because the alternative eventually becomes the homeowner’s problem.
